This policy explains what personal information Grays Travels ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the rights you have. We keep it short and only collect what we need to help you travel.
Who we are

What we collect
- Details you give us when you fill in a search or enquiry form — your name, email, phone number, and your trip details (route, dates, travellers, and any notes).
- Flight searches you run in the on-page search tool, so we can find you the best fare.
- We do not ask for or store card or payment details on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you flight, hotel, car or package quotes.
- To arrange the travel you ask us to book on your behalf.
- Only where you have asked us to, to follow up about your trip.
Our lawful basis is your consent (when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our travel business.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted services needed to run the site and serve you:
- FormSubmit — delivers your enquiry from the website to our inbox.
- Aviasales / Travelpayouts — powers the live flight search widget; when you search, you're taken to Aviasales to view fares.
- Travelpayouts Drive — our advertising partner; with your consent it may show relevant travel deals and set advertising cookies to measure affiliate referrals.
- Google Maps — displays our location map.
- Airlines, hotels and suppliers — only when needed to complete a booking you've asked us to make.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you and to meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Just email graystravel16@outlook.com and we'll action it. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
